Staff not so great , store is showing its age. need renovations. Ice Cream was good.

They have only a fraction of the items most DQs have. They don't even have Misty's - and instead of taking down the sign, they just throw sold out stickers over the flavours. Half the items on the board seem to have the sold out stickers on them. Overall disappointing location. My second poor DQ review in the last couple months...

It’s unbelievable that this store is still in business. I’ve been to this location on four separate occasions and they never have inventory. I wanted an orange juice, imagine from Orange Julius, and she took the last pre-made one from the fridge and told me they wouldn’t have anymore until the end of the night (I wanted 2). I asked if she could make one and she told me it was too much of a process and she’s done her shift in 10 mins. My husband owns a restaurant and he would fire staff that cost him that much business.

Ordered cake on Friday to pick up sunday. Cake was not ready at pick up. Had to go home and come back for pick up. Melissa the supervisor was not apologetic and gave attitude, and blame everything on the girls that works for her. It's the way melissa handle the troublemaker that made me upset.

It's okay, small place with only one staff member. Decent enough service, cake was not that great and it's a surprise because normally DQ is good. Nonetheless not a bad thing to have for a short stop.

A little disappointed at the service here. I have came twice to this location this week, both times looking to get a blizzard, the first time 15 minutes before closing and the second time 30 minutes before closing. Both times the woman working said she had already cleaned the ice cream machines so we were unable to get anything. I understand that the employee needs time to clean, but 30 minutes early is not fair to customers whatsoever.

We wanted to get some ice cream after we ate lunch, the problem is that this place is not in the food court and we had to walk across the mall just to get this ice cream. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and there was a little bit of a line up but it moved fairly quickly. They have good selection of ice cream and treats for the whole family. There is lots of free parking outside the mall.

Who can resist the urge to eat a banana split..... Yummy. Enough said... 🤠

We went for a "healthier" option and purchased a smoothy..first of all the first 4 that I asked for they didnt have the ingredients, so I settled for the pineapple one. The woman working there had to go to the back for ice, than went back to get a banana liquid substance. Than she went to the back to get a CAN of no name diced pineapples. She made my smoothy in 5 minutes, with canned fruit. I guess the only thing that is fresh there are the oranges. I do not reccomend this place at all. Also the drink from all the preservatives gave me severe heartburn and it was wayyy too sweet. Waste of 6 dollars. Save your money or buy the ice cream which may even be a healthier option
