Very friendly service. Was visiting from out of town and was happy to find this spot. Delicious iced coffee and really good boba. Will go again!

My wife and I really liked Jay's when they were in the mall. The new place is off the beaten path...but a good place for Filipino fare. My only complaint is they need a better way to display their menu. Pansit is out favorite but couldn't find it anywhere on their menu...even though they serve it. Good place for takeout or a quick lunch to eat in at the counter.

This is my FAVORITE place to grab a delicious drink hot or cold, a delicious sweet treat or even great food. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and it's just overall a very personable place to go.
