Dairy Queen

Maybe I'm just lucky, but even when there is some kind of chaos happening, I always have a good experience with the servers there. They try hard and usually do a great job.

Ordered a cake for pick up today, Sunday. The cake was not ready was given a substitute cake not real thrilled. No decoration on a 5 year old birthday cake. The person at the counter was very nice but that didn't help Tom

Summer ice cream and same day birthday cakes are great. Non icecream food is not so good.

Always delicious. The service has been friendly and quick. I once saw a sympathetic worker quickly replace a kid's dropped cone for free. They lost one star because they have been out of chocolate ice cream more than once.

Little frustrated. I typically go to that Dairy Queen every other week and I so happen earlier this week to stop by and grab some ice cream when I noticed they allowed someone to use the bathroom but Later today I was on lunch and wanted to eat and needed to use the bathroom badly they made me go across the street. I find that really odd. They will not get my business anymore. Not knocking their food but being a paying Client and desperately has to use your bathroom I believe you should have allowed me to do that and not make me drive across the street.

Had a free kids treat coupon from a kids meal, we wanted the icecream in a cup instead a cone (gluten free). They made it into a big deal and charged us extra (should have been free). Very disappointed in the service.

Dude at the drive-thru tonight was so rude. He got crabby because it took me a second to figure out what to order because everything I would ask for wasn’t available. And then when we pulled up to the window, we could hear him telling another worker how we were difficult while ordering. I can’t believe employees are able act that immature. Hard pass on this location.

They made a special blizzard for me that I have only been able to find at one other dairy queen. The young lad did an awesome job.

Great convenient location! Order was quick, but incorrect. Several missing items including a whole order of onion rings. We called but it was too late to adjust the transaction or refund, 8 minutes after.

Checked the menu on line to make sure they had burgers at this location, only to learn no burgers. Only 2 people working at 5:30 on a beautiful Saturday evening and one was bran new with attitude. We were the only ones there when we arrived, but it took about 25 minutes for 3 chicken strip baskets and a smoothie then noticed it got very busy while we waited. I blame the owner for not having enough employees. He should know better or show up himself. Onion rings in my basket were barely done, yuke. Also, change the online menu it’s totally inaccurate. We frequent this location often for ice cream and that’s good but never again for actual food. #disappointed.

We had the cinnamon roll shake. It's good, hit the spot.

The food was great, but this location has no bathroom and not even a sink to wash up in. My husband met me there after work. All the guy behind the desk had to offer for cleaning our hands was wet naps. They could easily put a satellite biffy in the parking lot. They have a big parking lot and plenty of outdoor tables.

Friendly service. Food was hot and order was accurate.
