Foods good for the price, store is newly remodeled. They've messed up my order a time or two, but only during a rush. Usually they're fast and accurate.

Chicken basket with gravy is the yummy. Well that's what my granddaughters said. An ice cream was the topper

I have been coming to the West Union, ohio location literally since opening day. Everytime without fail they have messed my order up. Anytime I eat out I always ask for "cooked to order" as to not pay high dollars for cold food that sat under a heat lamp for hours. For about 3 weeks we went through the drive thru and everytime we ate our food we thought the burgers tasted cold. After giving us the wrong food, improper size meals, giving us food we did not order, we went inside to complain. The manager did not know what cooked to order was and we had to explain it. The drive thru staff is untrained and very rude. After a month of eating here, I would steer clear of this location due to the simple fact that a business should listen to the purchaser and give a proper delivery of what has been ordered. Any business that fails to do so operates poorly and loses customers.

Stopped in tonight for a quick snack, service and food very good. Recommend trying triple fudge brownie sundae !

I go with my wife to this great restaurant often! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I go there at least once a month. The cooking is excellent, the team is friendly and the rates are affordable. I enjoy going in this restaurant for a nice lunch.

Slow service but great ice cream

I visit this special place many times since I enjoy the special atmosphere that is part of this restaurant. The team is exceptionally welcoming and well trained. The service is pretty quick. Most important, the food they cook is outstanding. I ate there often and I was always joyful. The pay is modest. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Solid place to grab a quick bite, the service is great and the staff is friendly. Food is always great.
