Been in business and they have multiple locations all have young help whom are well vested in the business of taking care of customers well taken care of. Burgers are well done but juicy and can have them dressed up the way you like,family of five ate for around 30 bucks and then there is a ice cream bar ,way too many flavors to eat in over a week even have no sugar added options for those special diabetic visitors. Good value and real kid friendly.

This is a great place to go - it is a short and tshirt, bring the family place - comfy, it is fast, inexpensive and its always good. Great for lunchtime because they get your food quickly and you are full, but not stuffed when you leave. I have shared this little place with many of my friends, and they have all loved it.

As we approached the counter to order, a worker (assuming mgr) came up to the cashier and started talking to her. We stand there for a couple minutes while they talk. The cashier looked our way a couple times. She knew she should be taking care of us. Seems to me private conversations AND schedule conversations need to become secondary to customer service and customer interactions. My husband and I were the only customers at the counter.

The food was great as always. I try to eat here whenever I'm in Winston.

Food is always great. Hot and fresh. Flavors were on point. Crispy chicken sandwich the way I want it. Drive through was fast and courteous. Will go to the new location when it is built. Recommend when in Rural Hall.

I absolutely love Dairi-O! The food is delicious and the restaurant is always so clean. They have the most amazing cheese fries. I had an absolutely delicious Dairi-O salad. It had big chunks of seasoned chicken and the veggies were fresh. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a reasonably priced, but delicious chili dog, hamburger, fries, or even ice cream. One word....YUMMY!!!

As anyone from around here knows, Dairi-O is King of the fast food family dining experience. The fries are unmatched & the burgers are always a hit. If you haven't had a milkshake then you're missing out and you need to correct that. The most classic choice of course, is the 2 hot dog combo, which I order most often. 👍👍

I’ve been here a few times and every time the food quality has been very consistent! Always fresh and hot! I’ll for sure be back within the next month

I really wanted to like Dairi-O. My family has raved about it for years. It may just be this specific location, but after three terrible experiences, I will never be eating here. I wish I could comment on the food, but everytime I have ordered there somehow only my food never makes it into my hands. 1st attempt, the food i order was not placed into my bag. 2nd attempt, I was given the incorrect order which I couldn't eat because of dietary restrictions. 3rd attempt I literally only went for ice cream as a treat for the kids. Waited 20 minutes for 2 ice cream cones which should have been 3. It took them 10 minutes to figure out the server never put in my order. This location is not satisfactory and it has no proper form of customer service. Maybe try one of the other locations.... Do not come here. You have been warned.

Waiting so long to get food each time and you finally get food but can’t get through the lanes to leave! Josiah is a nice young man with a smile on his face and he is always working getting the food out. He definitely should be promoted to manager and running things!! He has a bright career anywhere he goes!

Wonderful Atmosphere. Helpful & Friendly Staff. Very Clean. Their fries were seasoned to perfection. I Highly Recommend.
