Coffee and chai latte were great. We all ate bagels, they were tasty. It was quiet when we got there so no wait. We'd go back.

Had a great experience this morning. Their staff was friendly, welcoming, and had jokes for the morning wake-up. Me: "What's in the Irish Wake Up Latte?" Staff: "Irish Cream and Vanilla... we just ran out of the whiskey." Had a fresh bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and Iced Irish Wake Up Latte. Loved it. Great space, laid back atmosphere. Thanks for the great experience.

No, an appointment isn't necessary; however, I've heard the lines for walk-ins are SUPER long. Also, keep in mind that same-day issuance isn't guaranteed, unless you're traveling within 3 days. You can call the national call center for an appointment and for more information: 877-487-2778 (current, as of April 2019) Best of hopes to you!

Aa of April 2019, a representative at the national call center ( 877-487-2778 ) said that appointments for *expedited* passport applications are made no earlier than 2 weeks before travel. On the day of the appointment, the agent taking your application determines the best way to get the passport to you before your date of travel. Same-day passport issuance is usually limited to those who are traveling within 3 days of the appointment, according to the call center representative. I'm not sure if this location handles regular applications (non-expedited). Those can take around 6 weeks. Best of hopes to you!
