Curry House Coco Ichibanya

This is the same chains as in Japan right down to the water picture of water. The menu is a little different but most of the popular choices are available. You will need to talk to your server if you want to order your curry heat or intensity by the numbers but they will do it. If you have never eaten at Coco Ichibanya before then you may not know what to expect. They specialize in Japanese brown curry and other Japanese style of foods. The curry can be as hot and intense ad you would like. At level 5 it gets to be to strong for me. You can order it to include different protein an other options like mushrooms. The other food like the gyoza are also good. If you have never been then you should stop the and see what makes it one of the most popular resturants in Japan. It may take a few trips to figure out the menu and what you like but be patient.

Have eaten here a few times. Staff always friendly and attentive. The curry options are good and flavorful.

This is the best Cocos on island and the only one with a 1 thru 10 spicy level option! I got hooked on this curry house in Japan and its just as good at this particular restaurant. You wont find a better meal for 10 dollars anywhere else on Oahu!

The closest thing to Yokosuka Coco's. There are heat levels you just have to ask. The have naan and cheese naan. They don't have Mother's chicken but they have everything for the Beef Zunmai. They also have Japanese style sausage. A definite win. I had the kalbi and shabu shabu beef. Great stuff.

Great place for an inexpensive, authentic Japanese curry house meal. You can select the level of "heat" but beware, level 10 is insane. Great wait staff, always friendly. No credit/debit cards accepted, cash only. Just a great place to go for a delicious meal at a great price. Highly recommended.

Best CoCo Curry House on island! Heat levels 1-10 just like Japan, available upon request! Plenty of parking. Decent seating in booths, a few tables, and counter seating available. Also easy to call in order for take out. Great selection of Japanese sodas and beverages. I personally recommend the chicken cutlet with cheese at a level 4 or 5 spiciness with the melon soda.

This is THE BEST Curry House on the Island! The staff is by far OUTSTANDING! I’m very picky on how I like my items boxed separately, I must admit, HOWEVER as soon as they hear my voice they already know my exact order and when I pick it up no need to check because they get it right every single time. Great jobs guys!!!!

If you been to oki dont waste your time it was day and night diffrence. Good service just wasn't the same
