Might be silly to point out but all womans stuff except 7 and 8th floors. Those have resturaunts. Only reasl why not 5 stars is the prices were higher here then same items at shops across the street.

I feel like I was able to smoke Doutor in the ticket gate near the south entrance of Shinjuku. I feel like I just didn't have much to sit down.
