It's like living in W hotel. Studio will be size of your typical kitchen so it's very small but amenities make up for small living space.

Decent luxury condos right in the South End. Near Chinatown, and not too far from the red line Broadway station. The staff are quite courteous in the front and the apartments are clean and modern. There are a lot of resources for dogs, and a decent gym that gets the work done. Rent is a bit expensive, but you are living in more modern luxury. The neighborhood seems safe, but is still prone to potential crime as it has not been completely gentrified. Lots of homeless still go around the area, so be cautioned.

We lived in Troy for 2 years and could not recommend it enough. The management team and staff are friendly, approachable, and responsive to resident concerns. The apartments themselves are incredibly nice and located in an up-and-coming area of the South End. They're pet friendly, too! Honestly, you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to live in Boston.

At first I was skeptical about this apartment complex but the leasing office did everything possible to address any of my concerns. Andrew was swift in being able to accommodate my move-in date and was was extremely helpful throughout the entire move-in process. After moving in I was pleased to discover that the unit along with all of the appliances/amenities are truly stunning.

Auston the concierge always goes above and beyond! He delivers your food for you, opens the door when your hands are full, and always greets guest with a friendly smile. He justifies the insane cost of rent in a high rise building :)

The staff at Troy is incredible! The building itself is luxurious, virtually soundproof with great amenities. Highly recommend living here for anyone looking for a new home.

I love living at Troy Boston Apartments the Management Team, concierge desk team are very nice, kind and friendly people & Maintenance staff gets the job done fast service also, There are lots of things to do here fitness, pet friendly, pool and more I am very pleased with my apartment home and I wanna say Thank you! so much to Manager: Daniel Morgan for a smooth transition and making all of my dreams come true your the best!
