Culver has great burgers and the taste is original and one of a kind. The concrete mixers are good anytime. The cheese curds are necessary. The service is always friendly and consistent. I love getting the coupons in the mail for the value baskets.

I don't believe so but some other fast food restaurants (Jack) accept the EBT cash program.
They have a green mint shake. One with Oreo as well
