Culver's

We went through the drive thru today at 2 pm and the girl was rude. We weren't even done ordering and she just said our amount due and pull up to the window. We specified during our order that we would like honey and ketchup. We never got either. We also didn't get our fries or any napkins. The girl at the window was NOT friendly at all. VERY disappointed. I would expect this from other fast food chains but not Culver's. Management needs to check on what is causing their employees attitude problems and them to miss half the order and act like it was no big deal.

I really like this Culver's. Clean on the rare occasions that I go inside and the drive through is quick. Food is always quality and made how I want it. Two thumbs up.
