Normally I love it but I ordered a malt with vanilla custard but the girl made it with chocolate and was really rude and slamming cups and made me the correct one and I said to her that's how I ordered it she made a face at me. I just paid $6.00 for this, not to be treated rude. Don't know her name she had really long straight dark hair in a ponytail. Won't be back for a while.

These guys seem to follow the age old retail formula. Not sure why but...there you have it. When the store in Port Orange opened, their food was excellent. The last time I ate there...they were average. At this point, you would do well to follow your growling stomach. If it takes you to a Wendy's or a Steak and Shake, you might even save a little money. Don't get me wrong, the service is great and the food prep process is the same as always...but the quality of food went from excellent to average. ...and make that 3.75 stars.

The basket meal of fish sandwich is not the size of a normal fish sandwich ordered differently and not as basket meal. Better to order the fish sandwich not in a basket meal, costs more but you get a larger portion. The chicken sandwich basket is also small portion of grilled chicken. This is the second time eating at Culver's. The first time had a fish sandwich meal not a basket meal so the difference was notable. Also the hamburgers were cold the first visit maybe due to the condiments but the patties tasted cold according to the other diners. But it's good restaurant for a quick meal.
