This Culver's always seems to be very busy but the food is always delicious and they still manage to get it out in a timely manner! So far every employee we've encountered has been very polite and we haven't had any problems with our orders, which are on the bigger side as our family is bigger. I definitely recommend this Culvers!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I almost always enjoy their food and especially their ice cream. I like their outdoor picnic area to sit on during a sunny day. My only suggestion would be for them to build their burgers using the gluten free bun when it is requested. They usually serve it to you still in the wrapper, and depending on who 9s working you may just get a plain hamburger patty in a small box, even if condiments or fixings were requested on it. This isn't really a huge deal for me, but something they could possibly improve on.

I feel like the employees need to work on team building, a younger boy on the register asked for help on another register when a bus of 16 girls walked in and the guy grabbing food from the window didn't help him. Kind of lame.

Ordered onion rings and got French fries. French fries cold and went in the garbage. They need to repeat the entire order back which they do not do. This is the second time this has happened.

Evelyn was wonderful! Very helpful and made my experience wonderful. She made my scoopie and it was just the best!!!
