Had dinner last night. As usual service was outstanding. Had the special patty melt...delicious! My son had fried flounder sandwich...huge and delicious! French fries great as usual. I had a side of Savannah Red Rice...don’t know what Savannah it’s referring to, but it’s not even close to what we make and expect here in Savannah, GA. Should be listed as just rice. I would really take it off the menu as all the other sides are exceptional. Onion Rings hands down the best in Savannah. If you visit Savannah don’t miss this great old restaurant...just stay away from the Red Rice!

Eat lunch here often. Love the Big Momma's Greek Salad with grilled chicken. If you want to have some really tasty food that is not so good for you the burgers are fantastic! Great beer selection and all the sandwiches are great. Staff if always nice friendly and quick. Keep up the great job!

Had the Greek burger and onion rings. Both were great. Best selection of beers we saw the entire time we were in Savannah. Well worth the price.

The staff was excellent! I had a delicious burger with bacon, mushrooms and cheese with a side of sweet potato fries. My table shared a peach cobbler topped with ice cream that was perfect!

This place is a Savannah fixture dating from the early 1900's. The bar and restaurant has been there since the 1930's and it's been a local hangout for decades. The food is great - and they serve generous portions - with superb service in an historic atmosphere. It's still a local favorite. Definitely worth a visit, or two, or three. Plan for a wait during busy hours.

Absolutely wonderful! Great food and great atmosphere. Hunt was our waiter and he added to the experience. Great personality and recommendations were spot on. My favorite was the fried pound cake.

Eddie was our server. He was nice, knowledgeable, and gave very good service. The food was very good and the size of the servings was very filling. Would recommend to anyone.

Awesome! The Bison Burger is to die for! A perfect blend of American bison and beef, cooked just right, creating a fantastic taste with no need for steak sauce or condiments. Taylor was wonderful and took great care of us! My birthday dinner was topped off with a complimentary serving of their famous Fried Pound Cake (and a candle), drizzled with chocolate sauce and caramel to help tie in the vanilla ice cream and whipped topping. What a fabulous experience!

A Savannah tradition. I've always enjoyed the atmosphere here. The old pictures of old Savannah are priceless. The variety of beer is always enticing and the food has been really great and consistent over the years. The best part has always been the hospitality. A great group of friendly folks all the time. If you're looking for good bar food and a taste of class then this place is perfect.

Awesome food. Best hamburger and hand cut fries in Savannah. Since the 1930's. Savannah landmark. Also known for their cold draft beer selection. Many famous people have gone there. Pictures on the walls.

Love this place for date night. Worth the price. Most the time I go it's busy but that's mostly on weekends. So it's bound to be busy. But it's okay. I'm patient for good food. 👍🏼

Everyone at the bed and breakfast we are staying at recommended the Crystal Beer Parlor. After visiting we know it is not just because it was near by... our visit was something truly special adding a great coda at the end of the first day of our vacation. The food was great. The beer selection truly awesome. The service was perfect. Please do yourself a favor and go for yourself. You will not regret it.

Like much of Savannah, this place is brimming with history. I particularly enjoyed reading through the old menu boards from the 40s. I'm not sure what "liver & gizzard country" means but apparently you could order it back then along with a "quart of beer"!The food was great. If they have duck wings on special when you go, definitely try them. SO much better than regular chicken wings. Service was awesome, food was great, and most of all, I loved the atmosphere. I'll be coming here every time I visit Savannah, for sure!
