Okay bare with me because this is a long one! This moment happened yesterday Nov 14 th 2018; I always walk into crush’d to get a soy latte on my way to work; I live in the neighbourhood. I see the barista Sherrise so often than she already knows what I want as soon as I walk in. We have little chats here and there and I’ve come to really enjoy her. Yesterday she went above and beyond; I was running late and have a terrible morning and when I went into the shop she looked at me with a big smile and I started crying- tots embarrassing but she came over and gave me a hugged and had a chat. She’s so funny and really made me feel so much better! I love their lattes but that young woman working there is such a jem. She really went out of her way to comfort me and I truly appreciate that. I saw her again this morning and as always she was a beauty. Thank you so much Sherrise! I will see you tomorrow xox - Keisha
