This was insanely crowded when we visited! It is clearly a popular place without doubt! Even so, we liked looking around all the vendors/shops but didn’t buy anything. It didn’t look like there were many areas to sit and eat food if you did order anything!

This old Nabisco Factory has been converted in to an indoor fixed food market along with some nice quality shops. There is a jewellery market at one end which is there all year round, perfect for gifts for everyone. There are public toilets downstairs also. You can find literally every type of cuisine here, even fresh donuts and a trendy wine bar.Allow around 2-3hrs to explore everything. Don't miss the Ice-cream bar near the jewellery market!

This is a great place to go anytime of the year. The place is indoors. And go with anyone -even if you're alone. There is always something for everyone. The place is always changing and expanding. And you'll learn or find something new every time. Walk the high line afterwards and it'd be an awesome date.

Yes, there are some gift shops but how affordable they are depends how much you are comfortable spending. To me cheap means under $5 bucks. You may be hard pressed to find gifts under $5.

Sorry but just been there and it is closed. It happens to open for business at a later time?

You have lots of places to park: 309 W 14th St for $65.00 625 Hudson St for $50.00 161 10th Ave for $35.00 250 W 19th St for $25.00 It all depends on how far you're willing to walk for the best deal
