What actually happened is the building owner decided to double their rent because they wanted them to move out so they could let a friend start a sushi restaurant in that same space. where the restaurant was. I drove by there a few days ago and they are still doing the tenant improvement work, and have not opened yet. Crazy Fish actually moved one block West, and is now on the South side of the street and it's now open, although it is mostly "take out". The owner and his wife are very good people and have had some of the same employees for years.
