Cravin' Food Done Right

Loved this place when if first opened. Ate there just about every week. Went there recently after not going for 5 months. The rotisserie chicken was still good, but the service was terribly slow and the food bar just looked unclean. Generally the place looked rundown and the staff just going through the motions. Seems like it's just lost what made it special or just gone the way of many new restaurants, when they first open everything is tip top, then its downhill from there.Hoping they can crank it up again. The chicken and bbq brisket are still my favorite.

If you haven't been here yet do yourself and favor and check it out! Regretting it took us so long to go. The food is great, portions are generous, staff are super friendly and prices are reasonable. This is definitely going to become one of our regular spots! Also it is very family friendly.

I had the chicken and cheese sub as well as the dark meat platter with Rice and sweet plantains.. For the price it was a steal...... Very delicious and fresh you can count me as a regular now

The food here is great and the owner is always helpful and kind. There are a ton of different kinds of entrees, but my favorite part is the variety of sides. I love the yuca fries and the plantains!

Maybe it's on me for ordering tacos at a grilled chicken restaurant, but they were really bad. The chicken taco had no spices or flavoring, even in the toppings I got. The beef taco was basically soup. I couldn't even pick it up. I tried to roll with the unconventional toppings like artichoke and edamame salsa, but they really didnt work.Sweet potato fries were good, though.

This was the worst online order experience ever! I ordered my food at 11:30 am received an email that my food would be ready at 11:45 am. I show up at 12:00 pm to pick it up and my food hadn't even been prepared. When I asked Patricia for an explanation she brushed my off and said they were too busy. When she bagged up my food she asked me what I would like her to do for me and I said I would like to speak with Donna the owner. Sure enough Donna was right there in front of me not wanting to help the situation at all! She told me they had a line of 30 customers and couldn't make our food. I ordered the food to be picked up for our lunch which was almost over! And Donna also asked me what would I like her to do as well. Customer service is not something this business offers. They did not even apologize! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. And the food is mediocre.

Great Peruvian chicken, on par with Sardi's. The sauces look and taste homemade. They also have a Maine Root soda fountain! Try the blueberry soda.

First time customer experience:Chicken was good. However, really disappointed in you guys closing early yesterday. I had to get a friend to pick up the order since I was unable to make it at 4:30 instead of 5:15. You gave hardly anytime to make adjustments in plans.I thought the family meal was a great idea until I saw it. I was expecting bigger sides/salad. I could have easily gone to Costco and bought two chickens and more sides for what you guys charged. What a joke on the serving sides of food. 👎

Best Chicken Sub I ever had. Good portions and delicious Charbroiled food.

The food is great, the staff if friendly, and you get a lot for the price. Had the carnitas bowl, and it was plenty of food and very good. Highly recommended.

Not very impressed. Was not anything special I got fat and cartilage in my chicken bowl as well as egg shell in my rice. Despite it being completely empty, the dishes bin by the trash was full. Food was ok, but won't go back.

I love this restaurant. I love the variety of salads options that come with the Make Your Own. Their signature flavored wings are ALL THAT! The plantains and sweet potato casserole....mmmmm. I only wish for more varieties in drinks (i.e, coke products) I truly hope they are a lasting fixture in that location.
