Craft House Pizza - Preston Hwy

This is such a nifty little place! We were passing through the town and made a stop here. It wasn't busy at lunch time. My kids got individual pizzas. They were really good. I got a side salad (good salad. Fresh ingredients. Tasted like Marzetti ranch) and a lasagna. Y'all. Let me tell you about this lasagna!!! It was so good! Cheesy. Perfect sauce and lots of it. Lots of meat. It came with enough garlic bread to last the whole dish. They cook it an a cast iron skillet and bring it out in it. We had a party of 11. Everyone left full and happy.

They brew their own beer and it's pretty good. The thin crust stinks as it isn't crunchy at all, but their pan pizza can be pretty good 60% of the time

Pizza was delish, or server Ethan was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He is a true asset. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Great Pizza, great atmosphere, like a small pizza/sports bar. Excellent beer. The Barrel Aged Stout was the best barrel aged beer I've ever had. The pizza was delicious, cheesy, and not too much sauce. I highly recommend.

We usually love this place! We got carryout Monday and it was horrible. Pizza had no meat and they included none of the garlic or marinara like it was supposed to have with the garlic bread. Very disappointed ☹️

This place was awesome. We had a large group and they took care of us. The pizza was amazing with a crisp buttery crust. The toppings were very generous and oh the cheese bread, yummy. We've even been eating the leftovers cold in our hotel room and still delicious.

Great place. Tasty traditional robust salad. Nice personal sized pies. Decent Gluten-free pizza thin crust. Big place. Lots lots of TVs for football.

I'm hooked. Their thin crust pizza is great. I like all different types of pizza and it's one of the best.

This establishment used to be good, but unfortunately that's no longer the case. We ordered a large pineapple and pepperoni and the pizza was bad. The sauce was inconsistent which meant most areas were dry with no pizza sauce and others had too much. The pepperoni's were under the cheese (we have ordered this before and it's always on top) which isn't a bad thing but there were very few pepperoni's at all on the pizza so I ended up being a cheese and pineapple pizza. We asked for it square cut, and got bite size pieces square cut, just a ton of tiny squares instead of slices. Lol We also got Cheese sticks that were gross and bone in wings. The wings were the only highlight. Let's just say the kids wouldn't even eat the pizza and that's how you know you're doing it wrong.

It was a busy afternoon, so we had to wait quite a while. Once seated, the waitress (who was busting her hump taking orders, bringing drinks, cleaning tables, refilling the ice in the soda machine, etc) took great care of us. The pizza came in a reasonable time, and no joke, the salad was absolutely delicious (the crispy bacon did it for me). Our cinnamon pizza was brought at the same time as our other food, and we would have preferred it be brought hot/fresh toward the end of our meal, buy no biggie. We were visiting from Texas and will be stopping by if ever in Louisville.

I recently had food delivered from this Craft House Pizza location, and it was wonderful. The pizza was excellent, as were the cheese sticks. I also had bacon cheese fries, which were very good. Luckily I ordered enough for leftovers, else I would probably have ordered another pizza while I was in town.

My coworker purchased 2 different pizzas & wings from this place. It was my first time having dinner from Craft House. It was better than any other pizza place I've had in Louisville. 🖤

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE. Out of town and ordered take-out from here. On our way we got a flat tire and ended up stuck back at our hotel. I called and Diane the general manager answered. I explained the situation and asked if I could switch my order to delivery. Turns out they don’t deliver except through DoorDash, but Diane said she was about to head home for the night, and she brought our food to the hotel to drop it off! Incredibly thankful she helped us out in a stressful situation. Thanks again Diane!

We usually love this place- It’s our favorite pizza. Unfortunately our carryout order sat on the counter getting cold while the girl up front found it more important to talk to a co-worker. After my husband asked for a second time she finally got it with no apology and was rude when he mentioned it was now cold. We had to heat it up in our oven.

It's more like a VIP family fun.
