The pool area was nice. The seating area does fill up quickly. My biggest gripe would be the lackluster bar service. The bartender was fairly overwhelmed and not particularly friendly or outgoing. It was just too slow and the bar area is a good distance from the pool located inside the hotel lobby. I really want to see a bar outside at least some beers on tap since 50% of the drinks were beer. I would go back at some point but I'll have much lower expectations for the bar.

The bartenders are the best part. I do wish that the pool party on saturdays was actually adult only. I was told it was, but there were at least 5 small children there last week. My neighborhood pool always has kids, so I come here to get away from that lol. Other than that, it's become my favorite place to be on the weekend.

The staff is amazing! We stopped in during a bachelorette night out and was pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good, they were able to serve the various diets from pescatarian and vegetarian and beyond. The customer service was unparalleled. Keyianna was our server and Dame was our bartender. They were extremely attentive and really made our dining/bar experience great! Thank you!

Nice outdoor pool and bar

I went for the pool party. It was nice inside. The bartenders were attentive, especially Shane. Hope to visit again the next time I'm in Charlotte!
