Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We just ate here this evening, at the Paducah location on Hinkleville Rd. and received exceptional service. Our server, a young man whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, was one of the best servers I've ever had at ANY restaurant. He was very friendly, he made fresh coffee for my wife, he never let our drinks get empty once, he checked on us frequently, but not so much that he was being pushy or annoying. He was awesome. The food was excellent, as always. We even ended up buying a few items from the gift shop. We have great service every time we come to Cracker Barrel, but this experience will stand out because of our server. Whoever he is, I hope he's making a lot of money because he deserves it.

The service could have been better. Food portions have really went down for the price.

The food was terrible, I found a hair in my food, and service was poor. My family and I will NOT be back to eat there! I highly recommend the cracker barrel in Calvery City KY! The food is way better and the service is much much better and much friendlier!

I'm always hesitant to try breakfast around this area because it's almost always mediocre, but this Cracker Barrel was fantastic. Great food, great quick service, and they didn't play the country music too loud haha

10 28 2017 Still good home food, review same as last times except they have added a person for take out orders that checks your order with you so they don't miss anything or leave something out before you leave.. Nice addition.9 15 16 Its Cracker Barrel, food is good at this location, seldom any issues. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Always a go to when needing vegetables and country type cooking.

Food was amazing. Got Grandmas platter. Waitresses were super nice and food came out pretty quick I thought. What more do you want!

The food tasted good but was cold.

Had my New Year's dinner here. And it was great! Waitress was prompt and did a great job and the dinner itself was perfect! Thank you Cracker Barrel for a great experience. Highly recommend for everyone!

Usually wonderful but on a recent visit only the service was wonderful. All I can say is they must have had new short order folks in the kitchen.

Food was great as usual, but the wait was long, and the kitchen was SLOW. It took about 30 minutes just to get our order and they had no biscuits until our food was ready, and ran out of lemonade. Definitely needs improvement. Our server was great though!

Horrible service. Simple to go order tooK 30 minutes, no one knew what they were doing. Had to wait longer for drinks. Didn't even get a straw.
