Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Best experience at a Cracker Barrel! The waitress was so attentive, the manager stopped by twice to check on everything and even chatted with us awhile about our recent move to the area giving us great advice about the local area. Store was clean and very neat.

Always a pleasant experience...I always order on line and my food is hot and on time. Great customer service. Store well stocked and the manager on duty is pleasant...didn't get his name. But he stops at the register to ask if I had everything I ordered. So far...Great experiences each time I come to pick up my order.

The waitress was great. The place itself had difficulties getting food out in a timely manner. I ordered honey ham and it so salty.

Good food, nice people. A great place to go for some good home cooking. We had a party of 10 on a Sunday morning and everything was done in a timely manner.

Very friendly staff, greeting guests with big smiles! The greeters, the hostess, and the waiter all seemed to enjoy their jobs and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The manager was approachable when he came by to check on us and to make sure our food and experience was perfect, and it was. Perfectly cooked, and delivered meal with perfectly timed refills. Service didn't suffer even though it was very busy. Impressive performance.

Nice folks and a great atmosphere but food was needing some help. Fot starters, the Tea was sour and the baked potato was way undercooked. The rest of the fun was not bad but I'd was not good, either.

A new store! Everything was just as expected! Even had a nice collection of clearance items. The food was delicious and the wait staff was very nice. I only wished they had the fireplace going. It always makes it so cozy. Definitely would recommend!

We had brunch here recently. We received a genuine greeting as soon as we entered which was nice. They were pretty busy but there was plenty of things to look around at while we waited. After a short time we were seated. Our server, Ginger was awesome, really nice, very fast and quite attentive. Our food looked great and tasted even better. Everyone there made sure we were enjoying our food and Eric, one of the managers, even came by to check on everything.Great experience!

I love Cracker Barrel and I normally do not have any complaints. I will say the food was good and it arrived promptly, so there were no complaints there. The only complaint I had was the waitress never checked on us. She took our drink order, brought the drinks, took our food order, then brought our food. She never came back to see how everything was. The next time we saw her was when she was bringing the check. By that time, my drink glass had been empty for quite some time. Perhaps I would have ordered a dessert. But, since she never came back by I didn't. I just think with as slow as it was at that time, she could have made it back around to the table to check on us and see if we needed refills.

Food was not very warm but still tasted alright. Waiter was nice but didn't see her much and the place was packed so she was probably very busy... she kept out drinks full and was very polite! Food could have been better if it were served hot or even warm... that's all....

Great chicken fried chicken but dumplings had little chicken. The kids meals are an awesome value and delicious.

Wow ! They were busy for a Monday night. We were in line behind 2 parties of 4, we all were seated as fast as the hostess could walk us to the tables. Our server got our order within 5 mins. The food was on our table in less than 15. I had never tried the chicken and dumplings, but I will have it again. It was really good! My husband loves the chicken fried chicken and ordered it again, it did not disappoint. My hubs spoke with the manager briefly, as he had a question, and said the manager was a super nice guy. We had a great experience!

Patience is a virtue. We love this place, but you need to be willing to wait. Fast food is not an option when Cracker Barrel is in town. For the same price, you can get a wholesome meal in a great environment and a much better quality of food and service at Cracker Barrel. Their servers are always courteous and kind.

It has been a long time since my last visit to Cracker Barrel. This was my first time at the Panama City location. Everything was wonderful. The staff was courteous and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

The food here is fantastic regardless of what time of day you wish to visit. One of the best chain restaurant additions in Panama Vity. Its only a shame that they didnt arrive sooner.
