Cracker Barrel

We ordered and our food trickled in plate by plate. My wife ordered a salad w chicken and they forgot it so we asked politely if they could get her chicken. That took 10 mins to cook then when it came out it looked like they cut a small piece off the chicken and brought it out. Foods good, just need to brush up on service

Chicken fried chicken was cold, got it correctled however management was nonchalant about it

Good food, service and prices not too bad.

Food was decent for what we actually got. My boyfriend and I got the chicken fried chicken with barely any gravy. They forgot one of our sides. They didn’t get the condiments that I asked for. Plus, they didn’t get the diet root beer my boyfriend ordered. Our order wasn’t complicated but they definitely messed up. Don’t recommend and we won’t be back.

Staff was great. Good amonts of filling food. American food menu. Unique items in store. Prices are very fair.

Located just outside of Bardstown in Kentucky, this CB location was top-notch! Excellent food and service!

They were very quick and Brie was great! Great company to work with her school schedule so she can achieve her goals as well.

Typical Cracker Barrell. Home cooked food with the Bardstown hospitality. 😁 Everyone was very friendly. I'm not a fan of their sausage tho. Very odd texture and flavor. All in all a good breakfast to fill our tummies for our drive back to Cincinnati.

I love cracker barrel, but our food tonight was horrible, the roast beef was like dried shoe leather and the grilled chicken salad was horriblr

Service was good but the food was sub par for Cracker Barrel. Got the Cracker Barrel Sampler. I had two very small (maybe a teaspoon full) of chicken with my dumplings, the mashed potatoes were very dry and pastey, and the dressing was very gritty, so much so I couldn’t eat them. My food overall was slightly above room temperature. I’ve eaten at this location many times over the last several years. I keep trying again hoping it would change, unfortunately this is about average.

This like other Cracker Barrels is an old reliable.
