Cracker Barrel

Cracker barrel never lets me down! The southern cooked meals are always yummy and at a good price. The gift shop is stocked with trendy items such as: jewelry, home decor, kids toys as well as candy and specialty sodas.

Good food. Service could use lots of improvements. We love cracker barrel, but this 1 is not impressive with the service

Service was ver very bad. It took the waitress more than twenty minute to tend our drink order and over thirty min. for the food. The food order was incorrect. The food was cold.

This Cracker Barrel restaurant is a welcome sight along the highway for travelers in the area especially with RVs and trailers because they have a lot of parking designated for RV travelers. Staying overnight here in the parking lot with your RV is pleasant and there are lots of light it’s very secure and not very loud from the interstate traffic. Highly recommend

Had a birthday dinner for my 7 year old daughter tonight. The waitresses were amazing. They made fast accommodations for our large party and we didn't have to wait around long. When we were leaving, my daughter tried to use her birthday money to buy a toy but when she got to the counter she didn't have enough to buy it. The cashier said she couldn't bare the sad face and tears welling up in my daughter's eyes and she thanked her and walked away. So the cashier, I think her name was Alexia or something like that, bought the toy for my daughter and made her night! It was so awesome to see this kind of kindness. They made her birthday really special. Thank you all!

I moved from California to Tennessee over 8 years ago and tonight I finally got around to visiting Cracker Barrel for dinner. I was very pleased with the staff and our waitress was amazing! The food was delicious and really tasted homemade. A+ overall experience!

The greeter was absolutely wonderful our waitress was great even two managers came to our table. Wonderful food outstanding customer service. Best service in a long time

Restaurant was quite busy, but as uaual, the food was good. Our server was extremely busy - as were all the servers - but she was friendly & my husband & i appreciated her smile & cherry disposition

Always like Cracket Barrel always friendly and quality of food is consistent.the suggestive sell was a little overwhelming though.

So, we stopped at the Cracker Barrel on our way through town. Our experience was a little mixed. We were seated promptly. We placed our order and received our beverages. The lunch crowd was leaving as it was 1:30 when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was about 2:10 before our food came. Not sure why it was so slow. Once it arrived, it was delicious. The only issue we then had was empty drink glasses that stayed that way more than not. Maybe our experience was unusual, but the left some room for improvement when we were there.

Our waitress was awesome. Quick,friendly, and knowledgeable about the new menu items. My fish was good, my wife's burger was perfect. The best hamburger either of us had in quite awhile. The hash brown casserole was better than usual.The store side staff was friendly and helpful. Super happy with this Cracker Barrel.
