Cracker Barrel

The hostess and the server were conflicted on what was supposed to be on the menu. My wife ordered a different meal and then later spoke to the manager and found out our server was wrong and she could have got the meal she originally wanted. We probably could have pushed the issue and got her meal covered but that's not the point. In the end the server apologized but it was really disappointing. I am still giving them 3 stars just because I feel generous and usually our meals there are ok but honestly we rarely go here anymore sadly because their food used to be so much better.

So I like to eat here always have. 3 stars is my rating. So when the front of house or restaurant is really busy. And there are only a certain amount of servers. Why haven't you incorporated the idea of servers bringing out hot food to the patrons whether it's their table or not. Instead we get cold food and you the mgr look at us with 2 heads when everyone else's finished their meal while your waiting for it to be hot or cooked right the second time. Cody's down the street does this . and allot smaller chain restaurant. If this gets a response just pay attention when your waiting for your meal watching the nearby table. It's a hit or miss here. Awesome gift shop! Antiques.

As always, Cracker Barrel delivers consistently great food, and spectacular service! The general store always has the cutest gifts for people of all ages!

Cracker Barrel is a favorite place for good comfort food. My husband loves the fried chicken dinner. I always order Rainbow trout..2 pieces with 3 sides.. I love their Mac and cheese..broccoli and kale salad and fried okra.. Deliciousness!! Service was great as always..

Had the Country Fried Steak with there County Gravy, the gravy is super good!! And if you have read my post, you know I rant about Coleslaw!!! Well, here you get a good portion!!!, nice & creamy, just the way I love it, Service was fast & friendly, Have always enjoyed going to Cracker Barrel and wandering around the store, if your hungry that have, just in time for Christmas, a T W O. P O U N D H U R S E R Y. B A R !!!!

Enjoy Cracker Barrel whenever I leave New York, great lunches with family. Shopping is fun too.

We ordered for our Thanksgiving meal this year best decision EVER. The entire process from start (ordered online) to pick up (EXCELLENT Customer Service) was great.....the food was delicious. Never before have I ever considered NOT cooking....BUT NOW I’ll never consider cooking Thanksgiving dinner again. Thank you for making my day and thank you for being so kind on such a big holiday!!!

My mom and I have an agreement. My dad can’t stand cracked barrel, so she almost never gets to go. So she tried to bribe me - I’ll take us both out for dinner and you can get the steak or whatever you want, but I just really want to go to Cracker Barrel.I always say yes. In part because the food is pretty good. But mostly for my moms sake. We could go to Burger King if she wanted and I’d even pay. But I digress.The steak is good. I highly recommend it. It’s not the best steak in the world but it’s easily my favorite thing on their menu. The service is consistently good, and the food is consistent as well. Their black cherry coke was pretty good too. All in all for being a Cracker Barrel, I think this location is one of the better Cracker Barrel’s to eat at. Clean, quick, good.

Great location. The food is always fresh and on par. They have a well built staff here, I usually never have to get anyone's attention to get a drink refill. Bathrooms are kept super clean which is always nice, but wait, there's more, they have there famous Coca-Cola baked chocolate cake. Can't go wrong.

I really love Cracker Barrel. I enjoy browsing in the store, memories galore! I love their breakfast choices. My favorite dinner is the meatloaf. Absolutely delicious. Thank-you.

I am from the South and certainly know something about fried chicken. When you first came out with it it was rather blah. Second time I tried it it was most flavorfull, but now today I don't know what has happened except it looks like you are using old grease and double battering it. Don't do that and change your grease more often. I was told that you had your two best cooks in the kitchen today..really..where are they from? Up North? It most certainly is not southern fried chicken and please don't disgrace the South and call it Southern Fried Chicken because it most certainly and most definitely IS NOT!

Not one of our best experiences at this chain. Hostess staff seemed uninterested and curt. Waitress was friendly yet disorganized in many ways. Silverware was not clean so waited on a knife. Fried chicken was mostly skin, not a lot of meat. Meal was disappointing for Cracker Barrel. Will probably not return.

Great food and service. I really love the chicken fried steak. The menu is huge and hard to choose from, so anything you are looking for you can pretty much find it here.
