Great service and so much delicious food at such a great price. All made to order and not premade

When we travel the interstate we like to stop at cracker barrel. We had a passenger bus with 31 passengers and the staff welcomed us and seated us within a couple of minutes (even at lunchtime). Wait staff had smiles on their faces and the manager was very very nice. Even though it was a weekend and lunchtime, it didnt take to long for food to come out. Food was very delicious. Definitely will go back when i have the opportunity!

Food is always great & cooked quickly! Servers could be better, some have no clue and some are very slow. Cashier's like to talk to each other too much and its makes paying a slow process. Good thing they have great food!

Great comfort food, warm atmosphere, friendly and efficient service. Celebrated my birthday. Got a Happy birthday song and cake by staff. Thanks for making my birthday special!

Food was hot and the portions were more than enough. The wait-staff was more than accommodating!

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at any Cracker Barrel. When we were seated, our table was only half wiped down. It was soaked with water and still had food on it. I had to use the napkin from my utensils to clean it off. The first set of biscuits we got were burnt. When I got my steak, it was overcooked and the potato was rotten. The "sauteed" mushrooms were canned and tasted horrible. I got a meal that was almost $18 and was hardly edible. They never gave me anything to cut the steak with or refilled my drinks. The manager did waive my meal, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the food.

Food is always great here and staff is welcoming. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because the gift area is overwhelmingly crowded with items.

Country style restaurant. Cosy, the food was great, service fast and friendly too.

ordered the easter dinner to go and they decided to call two days later to add an extra side I callback and ask why and it was told they are out of hams and will give us ham steaks... 60$ for 6 ham steak and 3 sides... ham steaks cost $2.99 at the grocery store.

Always a pleasure, you'll never leave hungry and expect to wait for a table but it's worth it.

Went to breakfast with Wife food was great as was the service.. Would recommend to all.. Nice cozy place to enjoy a home cooked meal. And to find fun & unique holiday items for yourself or others...

I am always stopping in at Cracker Barrels when i travel. This one is very nice, I usually pass it on my way back to NY. This location is much like the deep southern locations i visit... very clean, kind employees & good food. I also tend to spend extra buying up little things there... no complaints, really a very nice place.

People were nice, food was not prepared properly. Bathroom was not in good condition. I have been in Port a Potties that smelled better and were cleaner. Makes me concerned for the food that I ate.

Not very busy at around 4:30 pm. Had to wait to be seated. No hostess around. Actually our hostess was also our waitress!! Had to wait an unusually long time for our food to arrive considering there were very few customers. Husband had two piece white meat chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I had chicken strips with hash brown casserole and apples. All food was cooked well , warm and good tasting. While eating, the roof began to leak !! Manager brought two small buckets and a sign to prevent an accident. Surprised to see that the manager was not very well groomed. Very long unruly hair and shirt not completely tucked in his pants. Restaurant seems to be very dark. Lighting is very dim.
