Best hookah in the city. Service is great, truly is a cozy cafe.

This place had great hookah and it felt very safe, plenty of foot traffic and car traffic if your downtown in Brooklyn this is by far the most affordable and quality hookah bar to check out.

It was a dark and stormy night. My friend and I were looking for a cozy spot to hide from the rain and get our nicotine fix, and Cozy Cafe answered all our prayers. Best hookah bar I’ve been to in nyc! The owner of the spot, Sharif, is funny, nice, and respectful. He really hooked it up for me and my friend. The music was incredible (literally entirely Jordan Sparks, at our request) and the atmosphere was super chill. Sharif even lent us a deck of cards and gave us a private tour of the ‘Hookah Factory™️’. And…. On top of it all, he let us charge our phones! Will definitely be coming back here!!!

Hookah was the best I’ve tried in nyc and the host was really respectful and even let me pour my own amount of liquor. Great vibes and good service all you can ask for

I went to this spot because my friend recommended me to come. And it did not disappoint! Service was fluent, fast and wonderful. Music was soulful and elegant and went perfect with the atmosphere. Now let’s get to the food. Chicken wings were bursting with flavor and the hookah was smooth and had a delightful flavor.

Great place to continue the vibes after the club, good drinks and hookah. You can play your own music, definitely recommend

At the end of the day, two things matter most for any establishment in New York: product and service. In these regards, Cozy Cafe is a great hookah spot. Sherif, the owner, is an incredibly friendly guy and goes out of his way to make a customer/guest feel at home. That's becoming harder and harder to find in the city and I will definitely be coming back.

Every time I come in the music is dope, the atmosphere is dope, and the service is quick and very responsive. I promise if you come here you will be well taken care of. I’ve been to hookah lounges all over North America across many major cities, and I’d rank this place #1 by a margin for both their hookah and their environment. Definitely will be back whenever I’m in New York

We were so pleased with the customer service we received from the owner Shereef . He went above and beyond to make the best hookah ever. We were very impressed with the quality and hospitality that we received and definitely refer and return.

Been to every hookah place in town and there’s no place that feels more like home than here. The host knows exactly how to set the vibe and the music just ties it all together. They’ve got everything you’d ever need to have a unique experience and I can’t recommend this place enough. Truly a hidden gem in the big city, I love that I’m a regular here

I’m warning everyone now. DO NOT COME HERE! I was literally charged $80 for ONE hookah and TWO glasses of wine. Mind you, I had to get up each and every time to request for my drinks. The waitress didn’t notify me that there would be a “service fee”. And while I was ordering drinks she didn’t even know what red wines they had to offer. This place rips people off and overcharges. They don’t even cater to their customers. I’ve been here for two hours and a half and only had my coals changed ONCE. Attached is a picture of our waitress, smoking her hookah and just relaxing without even attending to customers. DO NOT COME HERE. Anywhere else, I would have gotten better service and have paid cheaper. This place is a joke! I’m pretty sure the owner hasn’t even approached his/her workers about this. TERRIBLE VENUE! PLEASE BEWARE!!!
