Really cool place with awesome food. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff is friendly. Definitely try the beef short ribs.

The food was good and big portions. But I was not impressed as some of the reviews raved. To each their own. Our server was ok. Friendly but we ran out of drinks several times. The wait times for food was a little long. We were just visiting but don’t think I’d go back with kids. A little pricey for a family but not bad for a date night.

Easy 5 stars, probably the best restaurant in Sebring. Come here hungry, the portions are huge and delicious.

Our favorite restaurant to go while we are racing in Sebring. Salad is good, steak is delicious and the servers are always kind and attentive.

This is one of my favorite restaurants! This restaurant is clean, the service is great, and the food is even better. I love their steak with grilled zucchini on the side. It always comes perfectly prepared to how I order and the presentation is always done well. Don’t hesitate to stop by here and have an awesome meal!

First time at Cowpoke's, met some girlfriends there and the place has a nice vibe! Even though this place is known for being steak house, I tried the chicken pasta with cream sauce, and I recall the name, however it was tasty. My sister ordered a steak and she was happy with it! They have an outdoor patio that is very nice and spacious, on a cold night, like tonight they brought out the patio fire heaters and kept us nice and cozy. They have a nice bar, at the patio with plenty of TVs where you can enjoy a nice cold beer and relax. Also today *Friday* was Karaoke night and the DJ played a variety of music, all from country, 80s and 90s hip-hop.

We sat outside on the patio area. It was a really nice night. The food was great. Steak cooked to perfection. The orange cake was delicious!

Our first time at this restaurant and pleasantly surprised! The place is huge, plenty of parking, plenty of tables, a tiki bar outside and more bars inside. Great service too but the food was excellent! Great variety of dishes to choose from. We will be back as often as we can!

Good size portions, friendly service, and one of the few restaurants open late at night. The salad is fresh and unlimited. It seemed like the garlic bread wad unlimited too. Definitely going to stop by again the next time I'm in town.

Best restaurant in Sebring!We came here for dinner on an incredibly busy Friday night. We had to wait a little while for a table – but that wasn’t so bad because we had a beer at the bar while we were waiting. My husband and I ordered a Cajun chicken pasta and the boneless pork loin for dinner. This came with garlic bread and a bottomless salad – which we loved as it was covered in a tasty, garlicky, creamy dressing. Our dinner was delicious (the pasta was al dente and the pork was cooked perfectly) and the portions were enormous. We liked it so much that we decided to come back the next night! On our second visit we ordered the 24oz rib on the bone. It was amazing – the meat was succulent and cooked and seasoned beautifully. We enjoyed our second meal at this restaurant even more than our first meal! This is probably the best restaurant in town – no wonder it’s so popular!!

Recommend the Ribeye sandwich to 2 members of our party. Ordered one a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic. But today I was really disappointed. All 3 steaks were rather tough. To the management's credit, they did offer to replace our meals with something else. We all declined the offer but I was very disappointed with the quality of the meat. Had my heart set on a nice tender juicy ribeye but instead I got a piece of leather.

Informal dining. A bit noisy but good was good and well prepared. Heavy on steaks and seafood.. nothing too exotic. A little pricey, but not crazy.

Great place. Easily seats large parties. Food is good and reasonably priced. Lots of parking. Wait people have always been friendly and helpful. Will go again.
