Meat Lovers, this is your dream. We went on the last night of restaurant week (unaware), our server informed us of an immediate discount due to the event. The buffet items left nothing to be desired. It had more items that could fully satisfy the most discriminating palates.The Meat Parade at the table begins. You are given a red/green service card. This controls the flow of the meats to you. Green side, the waiter offers you his service. Red side they pass you by. The meats, steaks, chops, chicken, beef and anything you can imagine are presented tableside. The waiter slices & serves your selection & customizes according to your request. There was a great selection of desserts. They cater exceptionally well to handicapped patrons. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. Will definitely return whenever possible.

Service was given with a smile and our group if 9 well received fir lunch. The food was excellent, nice variety on the bar with Both cold food and a few hot. Can also do plated meals. Very nice. I will be going again to try out their dinner.

I have been to a Brazilian steakhouse before and my experience at Cowboy did not compare whatsoever. For the price, the restaurant needs to be updated. No booths that I noticed. Everything was just a table with very low sitting chairs. They brought us food even when our placards were turned on the red side. When they cut your meat off, they give you a teeny piece. Not even a good slice. Our waiter was great though.

Meat is great and the "concept" of this restaurant is a lot of fun! The Buffet selection is very good too!

I was disappointed. After reading the reviews, I was expecting a great dinner. Not the case. Although the servers were excellent, the food not so much. The meats were a little tuff and most were dry. Was expecting a bit better for the price.

This is the only time I will give 5 stars to a place that made me miserable. The food here is so good, it's a gluttons paradise. I left feel so full and my tastebuds fully satisfied.

This place stands out when you walk by in my opinion because it has exquisite curved glass. You can tell that this is a rather fancy joint and some the the diners even eat outside on tables that are on the sidewalk. I think I saw a buffet in there as well, lets all hope I was looking into the right place. You can really tell that this is a fun place but maybe a little bit on the uppity side.

Absolutely incredible meal! We were there for the different meats served so we did not pull from the salad bar. I did have a few hot sides (the mashed potatoes were tasty and the black beans had an excellent flavor). I think we tried a small sample of every meat the gauchos had available tableside and every bit of it was delicious. From the bacon wrapped filet mignon to the buttered steak, to the multiple types of sausage and other pork as well as different chicken options and even the lamb (rack and chops), everything had my tastebuds cheering. If you are looking to splurge on dinner, this is definitely a great place to do it!

Cynthia my waitress was super! The salad bar was awesome! I just felt as if the meat coming around wasn’t as often as it should have been! The filet was well done, I personally prefer medium rare to medium! And Cynthia did ask them to bring some more meat to the table, with out me having to say anything. But the pork ribs were amazing as well as the top sirloin (2nd time around) I will give them another try but over all it is a good place just maybe because it was a Sunday evening there wasn’t as many meat servers as normal.

Excellent food, friendly, quick and attentive staff, boring atmosphere oddly enough, needs more brazil-esque decorations! 😅
