Cousins Subs

Delicious! I asked for something that wasn't on the menu and she said they would be happy to make it. The staff was very friendly, professional and made a great sandwich.

Had an awesome Italian Cheese Steak here. The guy on the grill made three steak PERFECT

The cashier is supposed to ask if i would like my sandwich hot or cold. (I prefer hot) She didn’t ask me and pushed me to order very quicky so it didnt even cross my mind that she didn’t ask. Once my sub was being made I remembered that they never asked me if I would like hot or cold- so I went over to the desk and said that I wanted hot by the way. She told the cook and he rolled his eyes and continued to make it cold. He finished the cold one and gave it to me. I said excuse me but I asked if you could make it hot. He didn’t respond and started to make one. He handed me the new one and the meat was warm but the bread was still really cold. Then gave complete attitude before I left. Terrible workers and terrible costumer service. Only reason I gave two stars is because they remembered my no onions.

Girl at the cash register (this evening) was rude..did not greet me at all I had to get her attention away from her phone.

I've been to this cousins many times, but this last visit inspired me to write this review. I walk into an absolutely filthy, empty dining room with a slight odor of sewer and waited for an employee to greet me. A woman eventually came and mumbled 'what do you want?' I proceeded to give her my order, while the entire time she didn't look up at me. She had a very disgusted look on her face for the length of my interaction with her. While I'm waiting for my sandwich, the same employee was complaining to her coworker about how much she hates working at this place, and how after her shift she is going to quit. This restaurant needs to do something about their employees, probably clean house and offer a slightly higher wage to acquire more quality workers. Terrible experience.

Food was Great. The restaurant is falling apart! A car ran through intersection, took out traffic light and slammed into side South side of building causing damage seen here.

I had something not on the menu and it was amazing. The staff was great and the place was clean... I'll be going bsck for sure.

I experienced slow service, the sandwich maker messed up my order along with two other customers order. I'm not stopping at this location again.

Went in today to pick up a call in order. I asked to look at the sandwiches to ensure they were done correctly. The sandwich maker reacted like I asked for a kidney. She stated to the manager that she was irritated. I responded and we went back and forth. Not once did the manager apologize or correct her employee. She was more concerned that Phil wasnt there yet.The store was dirty. I will never go back again.

Very disappointed .

The new Oakland cousins there were 3 staff working on thursday feb 6th. Came in at around 7:45. Was disappointed and almost wanted a refund when the girl who was making our subs put gloves on and set her phone on the area she was making our subs on. Super disgusting!

Under cooked fries meatball sub had zero sauce on it very disappointed

food is just like any other Cousins, however, the inside of this place is filthy. Old, dirty booths with holes in them. Old dirty floors, disgusting bathroom. As I entered I overheard the workers repeatedly using the N word. Apalled. Go to Jimmy John's instead
