I ordered three subs. All were made poorly. And fell apart while we were eating. My ham and cheese was just messy and didn’t give me the cousins taste so I stopped after two bites and move on to my chicken philly only for it to have American cheese on it. Then mid way thru I bit on a finger nail! Absolutely disgusted! I truly regret going to this one and want my money back!!!!

Sandwiches were pretty skimpy, food is usually better. I called my order in 15 minutes prior to pick up and still had to wait almost 15 minutes to get it.

So we jumped in line and placed our order online at 1:10PM. We are currently STILL waiting for our food at 2:05 just shy of an hour later in line. The whole point of ordering on mobile is to just pull up and get our food. Why is it that we've been waiting for an hour? They have multiple people working as well! This is ridiculous. Online says typical wait time is 15 minutes. Not true at all. The food is good, don't get me wrong, but this is ridiculous.
