Cousins Subs

My boyfriend & I usually go through the drive through, and Karen is ALWAYS friendly. The food is also yummy, it just takes a little longer than places like McDonald's

Place is Awsome Chrissy F is the bomb she hooked it up just for the wait..and they only need a mat in front of the ice/fountain machine cause obviously people dont know how to put ice in there cups properly. I would hate too see someone fall.

As I "grew up" in the Milwaukee Metro area I have been a customer of Cousins Subs since they opened in 1972. They have always been great and this store maintains that tradition of quality along with fast service from a very friendly staff. As there are no Cousins in my immediate area this store has been one of my go-to locations when I visit Madison.

The employees make your sandwich or your sub Like a master piece of artwork you take pride in making your sub and the other food that they serve I will definitely go there again.

Had not been here for awhile.ordered an italian sub and asked for light lettuce as small amount of italian dressing. The sandwich was saturated with dressing and had too much lettuce

This Cousins is great. The food here always tastes extremely fresh! Best subs anywhere in town. Fresh ingredients and great bread. Worth a detour for this store. And the staff all smile and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, and delivering great service.

Being the last (that I know of) Cousins with a grill I was hoping that the cheese steak would be more flavorful. Very disappointing ☹️. I guess I'll stick with Subway. At least that is a known entity.

Ive always had great service here, I don't know how they retain great employees but some how I've always had genuine service, and great food! This Cousins is much appreciated sub shop in the Madison east side community.

Pepperoni melt is Delicious and so r the cheese curds. Add some marinara sauce for dippin and your set.

I liked my Italian sub. I added black olives and pickles to it. And I got plenty of Vitamin C, 100 percent, from Hi-C Fruit Punch. One of the African American guys did a great job mopping the lobby floor and changing the garbage bags. One of them helped me find the Women's restroom. There is a decent selection of bottled beverages. I feel like the store manager needs to know some things. There's mold in the ceiling. The lid to the Coca Cola isn't closed all the way. The lighting to the signs need to be fixed.

Had the cheese curds and a Sprechers root beer. The best friend curds I've had in my life!Amazing
