Our story began in 1972 when two Cousins, Bill Specht and Jim Sheppard, set out to bring their favorite style of sub sandwich from the East Coast to their new hometown of Milwaukee, Wis. Staying true to our founders’ legacy of Better Bread. Better Subs., we continue to Believe in Better — both in the quality of food we serve and in the communities we support.

Pleasantly surprised they had breakfast sandwiches and coffee to choose from in the morning. Great tasting and quality. Friendly staff.

We stop here almost every time we are in the area due to always going through at lunch time. The subs and pizza are very good. The gellato and coffee is fantastic! The only thing I have had that I didn't like was the wrap. They had run out of bread for the day and that was the only option. It was soggy and not worth the price. Stick with the sandwiches and pizza.
