Train wreck - bottom line. Forgot to make my hot subs hot, missed the cookie i paid for. Young cashier was obviously half awake or high. Place is dirty and full of non customers loitering around. Think the head cashier this day had half her fam just loitery there for no reason. Avoid this sub shop.

Excellent except curds we're a tad too salty.

Small group placed an order, I am a picky eater but I specifically asked a couple times if the cashier noted I didn't want certain things on my sub. All of which were on my sub. It was not busy. We were the only people there besides one person finishing her food. First time ordering from there and it will be the last.

Restaurant was so dirty, no clean tables and ants on the floor. The forgot my wife's fry order and used practically a whole bottle of mustard on my sub. I like cousins, but will not be going back to this one.

430 pm 7-8-18 Your franchise needs help FAST. Only customers there. A flaccid, uninterested staff. No Italian bread. No yellow peppers. Floors dirty and unswept. Leftovers from other customers still on the tables, none of which were wiped off. Restroom garbage piled high and overflowing. Standing water and food on the floor where the workers were standing. I mentioned this to the male, and he just looked at me. the other worker, female, came out to stare at me as I was eating. Haven't been there for awhile, not going back. The person who came in after us was told the same...no Italian bread, no yellow peppers....

I usually visit here, but boy, were they having problems that day! Took 1/2 he to get 2 sandwiches! Computer problems.

Steak and chicken had no flavor. Cashier had a major attitude and all the foundation drinks were out.First time at Cousins. Probably will be the last time. Food was not good

Their bread is great.

If I could rate this location (mason & packerland) a minus I would. Big disconnect between order taker and preparer.

my first and only time here. bread was hard, toppings were extremely lacking. gave 2 stars bc my friend liked his sub.
