The bisque was yummy, but my lobster grilled cheese was superb. My girlfriend loved her warm lobster sandwich called the Connecticut with a warm butter sauce. And Justin our server was a hoot.

Food was very good. Great service. Food portion was commical! The sandwich was so small we starting laughing. $40 for two cans of soda and two sandwiches. We ate the sandwiches in theee bites while walking and went to the pizza place for dinner. It was fun to try it and enjoy the hype. Lololol, but we won’t be back due to the ridiculously small portions.

My Connecticut Lobster roll was just okay. It was only lobster and the roll, there was no butter or lemon. On the up side, the lobster did taste fresh. The lobster bisque was bland and contained minimal lobster. This was my first and most likely the last time I will order from here! Did not live up to the hype. Maybe if essentials ingredents weren't missing, it would have been better.

The Lobster roll was amazing. Lobster bisque and clam chowder were some of the best our group ever had! Loved the owners as well. Super great people!

LOVE a good lobster roll, was excited to see this, and forgoing the tons of other options at Morgan Street tried Cousins ordering the Maine Roll and lobster bisque. Man, what a disappointment. Paid over $24, lobster roll was TINY. It was loaded with meat, but almost each of my four bites had shell. Bisque was pretty bland with very little meat. Coleslaw was dry and pretty tart.

For me, there is almost nothing finer in terms of food than a Lobster Roll. As someone who spent a bit of time at school in New England, I was exposed to all sorts of versions and I have to say, simple/straightforward is the best. In this regard, Cousins does not disappoint. Sweet and buttery, the champion is the Lobster. It just keeps getting better with each bite. That's the mark of an excellent product. I like them, and will be back whenever the "crave" hits.

Lobster in the lobster roll was dry. I feel like if it's your signature dish, it should be good, especially if it's a small portion and costs $14. Oddly enough the quesadilla was good. Also really expensive though. 3 stars.

I absolutely love Cousins Maine Lobster. The food is amazing. But, it's also not just about great food. There also needs to be great service and this where they lack greatly at the Morgan Street location. After standing in line for 30 minutes, not having ordered or moved in line, I went elsewhere. There were 4 employees; however, only one of them was in the back cooking. If you plan to go here, be prepared for a very long wait and possibly having to go elsewhere in the food hall.

This was my first and last visit to the Cousins Main Lobster truck from Raleigh, North Carolina. I ordered the main lobster roll and paid an additional $5 to upgrade to what they called the jumbo, my total cost was $26 and this was for only the lobster roll there were no other sides or drink. Well it was no where near a jumbo. The bread was good and very well toasted but only the length of a normal hot dog bun. The lobster was very cold with ice chips, to me this makes no sense to eat frozen lobster on a tosted bun. EXTREMELY OVER PRICED AT WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER MEDIOCRE AT BEST! Save your time and especially your money. Not worth all the hype that you read about and all the tv stickers they have on their truck to draw you in.

Last night we had a distinct pleasure of dining at Cousin's Maine Lobster in Raleigh North Carolina. They are conveniently located at the Morgan Food Hall in downtown Raleigh. The Food Hall is a Mall Food Court on steroids. There is a bevy of really cool, over the counter, restaurants to choose from. The authentic "Maine Lobster Roll” was absolutely delightful. ” Connecticut style" (butter & lemon)The Bisque was... WOW! This is the perfect stop and eat place to go when you are having a night out in the city!

Recently bought my buddy some lobster tacos from Cousins Maine Lobster. And while he mentioned the food was good, he didn’t think it was worth almost $15. I agree. He received three baby tacos overflowing with condiments but with minimal lobster. The tacos were essentially a kid’s meal at an adult meal price. Filling, reasonably priced food shouldn’t induce feelings of hanger (hunger + anger) right after you’ve eaten it. There’s no reason why your prices are so high for what you get. I understand that you may not be able to simply increase the sizes of entree portions due to the lobster being so expensive. Here is a suggestion: I think most of your entrees should be removed and replaced with value combos such as an entree, a generous helping of tots or a few large shrimp, and a drink for what you charge as a single entree. I think people would be more willing to justify the high price of your food because of the overall value they are receiving. Just food for thought.

Where to begin! Well first, they were at Niche Wine Lounge in Holly Springs and it was 8:10pm. They were slow and starting to close down, but still let me order!! I got a Connecticut Roll and a bowl of Lobster Bisque && it was the best sandwich and soup I had ever had!!!! Not to mention the amount of lobster I received on the roll and in the soup was SO worth every penny! I am such a huge fan of this company and tonight I was just amazed by the great customer service and food I received! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. 5 stars is not enough for y’all! -Katie

So happy that Cousins has opened a booth at the new Morgan Street Food Hall in downtown Raleigh. All of the usual food truck options are available including the lobster rolls, bisque, quesadilla & now a lobster salad. The lobster roll is currently $16.50 which contains all lump meat lobster and no fillers, and is very comparable to the prices up north in Maine, NY & Boston which often will contain other ingredients like celery or pollock. Cousins serves rolls with 100% succulent lobster!

It was horrible. I basically paid for a hot dog roll with mayo and some type of lobster. $16.00... Will never eat there again. I pictured something from Maine...
