Court Diner

We stopped going over a year ago, some time after they jacked up their prices. They lost some of the long-time staff around that time, and the quality of food and service suffered. For awhile, it seemed like every week something we ordered for Sunday brunch was messed up. We had one very bad breakfast where nothing we ordered was right, and the waitstaff made a scene about it instead of discretely fixing the problems, which was embarrassing. We haven't been back since.

A very basic diner. Good, moderately priced breakfast food.

Not our best diner experience. Potatoes were cold. As in not cooked. Omelet was pretty good. Husbands steak and eggs were not good. Eggs were undercooked and steak was a rubberband. Plus side is our waitress was fast and friendly!

Love the Court diner. Anything I have ever gotten there was great. Plus they have cocktails. I'm in. They have a absolutely delicious crab soup with mushrooms. It was so good.

Has history in the neighborhood and seems sentimental to people from the area. However, the food is way overpriced for the portions and the quality of many of the items my husband and I have eaten. The presentation of the food is sometimes surprising, but not in a good way. For example, we ordered chicken pot pie which was a little chicken with gravy and canned (it seemed) veggies in a small bowl with some sort of puffy crust just laying on top if the bowl. You could take the crust off and just eat chicken veggie soup. How is that a pie if any sort? Both times we went we came away disappointed. The service is on the slow side which, while it's nice not to be rushed, it's quite another thing to wonder if you've been forgotten. Nice staff, just leisurely in pace. I kinda want to go back and order something else completely different just to see what they'll do to it. Or maybe I'll be surprised and eat something I can honestly say is good???

Parking lot is terrible. But the food is good and some of the waitress were nice

Continually great food and service. The selection of foods is typical for a diner but well prepared. What sets this diner apart from other breakfast stops in the area is that the staff is extremely personable. They're also patient and helpful in accommodating kids.

Excellent chicken and waffles with spicy sauce and real syrup. Very fast and friendly waitress. I will be back again!

Excellent local diner that has fast service, kind staff, and good food. Like most diners they have a large menu with plenty of selections all at reasonable prices. Seating is well laid out so brining a small or larger party here isn't an issue. Overall this is a great place to eat out at.
