Fantastic food at a price that can't be beat. Completely student run, these are the folks that will be leading the hospitality industry in the next few years. I've had some of the best meals that I've ever had in Muskegon right here at Courses.

I went her for school for a while. Best school ever! The teacher I had for the first semester though I didn't really enjoy. I was going through a pretty bad rough patch in my life just as I was entering college and I was having a hard time adjusting, especially with being my first time living outside my state. He made me feel crappy instead of trying to help me, still passed. But other than that I loved the classes and especially baking! I would love to go back and finish my schooling!

Wao! What a great lunch. Creative dishes, courteous staff. Best value. Must try desserts.
