I have been disappointed with every brisket I have had at home in LR and elsewhere around the state, with nothing comparing to my favorite BBQ place in Austin. Count Porkula has finally filled that void! Their brisket is absolutely delicious, and their sides are great as well. I look forward to trying the rest of the food they offer in the future.

Bull n Boar sandwich is delicious. The wings with Arkansauce made a great appetizer.
