It took over two hours for the pizza to arrive and it was not really worth the wait because the pizza was cold by the time it got to us. You are better off with the Cottage Inn in Farmington.

The best thing they offer is the subs. The prices are pretty high. Make sure you find the coupons or ask them about their deals. Otherwise, you pay too much!

Very rude.... I called letting them know my order was wrong an instantly received attitude about what i ordered... I asked for cheese sticks an received bread sticks... After arguing with the lady on the phone for 3 minutes she told me she is refunding my money an i can take my order somewhere else

Placed an online order at 11:00am for a large pepperoni pizza. Email stated it would arrive at 11:56. It didn't arrive until 12:45 after 2 phone calls saying it was on it's way. It was barely warm and the side of jalapenos requested was not included, even though it was on the receipt. Usually love Cottage inn but this was very disappointing especially on a lunch break.

I placed an order through GrubHub yesterday evening around 6:30 pm, and did not receive the food. I called the Cottage Inn pizza place in Novi Michigan to see what was going on because it was almost 9:30 pm, and the lady tells me that there was an issue with GrubHub system. No one had the decency to give me a phone call to let me know what was going on. I finally spoke with someone from GrubHub who called Cottage Inn Pizza, and was advised that it would take almost 2 hours to get my order. My wife and I both are recovering from Covid-19 and it's just disheartening that the customer service from Cottage Inn Novi and GrubHub is so bad. It was my first experience dealing with Cottage Inn Novi and it is my last experience dealing with them.
