Cheese wheel pasta is all the rage right now, but I didn't want to have to fly over to Italy to get some. But as luck would have it, there's a lovely little restaurant right here in Philly that serves it--and Chef Amadio makes one mean cheese wheel pasta! And, of course, the cutlets that the restaurant is known for are out of this world as well. Definitely worth a trip :)

Super cute cafe! Right by the farmer’s market and in a lovely neighbourhood. Their lemon ricotta pancakes were superb.

So I know they closed their location in Belmont Hills, but I liked that spot much better as far as atmosphere and accessibility. Can't knock them for that, I am just not much of a city guy, so my visit felt very cramped in this much smaller pocket sized version of Cotoletta. We had a reservation, but still had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. Not a big deal but there is literally no where to wait, which is my beef with most places in the city. Fortunately the food is ridiculously delicious. The Chicken parm is the best I've had since moving here, and their Cotoletta Stack is slap your momma good. Everything on the menu is really a winner in my book. Our waiter was on his game and the manager hooked us up with a free round of drinks for the wait, so the service is world class. This is one of the very few places I will make the trek into the city for, A+++.
