Awesome, best NE Clam Chowder I've ever tasted... blows mine out of the water for sure! Laurie had Tomato Basil soup which was also fantastic. Freshest Flatbread too! We will return.

The tomato basil soup saved me from freezing on my way home and it was very delicious. The consistency was very good The atmosphere is gorgeous. Nice and cozy. The lighting is well suited to not be too bright and this allows you to be more at ease. The seating is comfortable and food selections are quite plentiful for a cafe. I'm only a bit concerned on a lack of both customers and workers. I wish their was a Cosi in the south bronx but the thugs up there don't know what quality food and service really is like.

Kind of your typical place. I had the turkey avocado sandwich which was good. The service was pleasant enough. It could be a nice place to bring your laptop and get some work done or just sit and hang and people watch. I thought that the prices were pretty average for the area. It’s a very big place so there is plenty of seating. I took a picture of the back of the place to show you that you could sit there. Decent stuff for the health conscious.

I really enjoyed it.... Jersey made my son and I the most delicious chicken parmesan flatbread pizza and Presto flatbread Pizza, cashier was also very freindly.... Thank you!

Great place. Reasonable lunch prices. Good food. I know all the servers at the 31st and Park Ave. location and they provide excellent customer service.

This is good in Jersey. In NYC they rip you off. Try the chicken TBM. Don't say you want it toasted because otherwise they change the dressing.

For the quality that you're getting, it's actually not that expensive. You could spend the same at McD and get nothing close to as good. Also, the people who work here are SO nice! I really can believe it. Love this place for breakfast

Good soups, salads, and bread. It can be busy for lunch, buts there's plenty of seating. It's clean and comfortable and easy on the purse.

The staff here is awesome! Very welcoming and friendly. The food is wonderful. Especially my faves: the TBM (tomato, basil & fresh mozzarella) on multigrain with delicious Cosi vinaigrette and the tomato basil soup.

As a resource, Cosi is much more than just food and coffee. There is a generous amount of seating here, some of which have electric outlets close by, great for plugging in while on-the-go. Also, the WiFi permits higher-than-average data transfer rates. All this in Manhattan, with reasonably priced food and coffee within reach make Cosi my preferred location in this area for pit stops. Oh, and they have a bathroom for customers.I should also say the staff is cheerful and helpful for the most part.
