They have So many great options and the food tastes wonderful. Their flatbread is AMAZING. Prices are good for what you get and they have a terrific rewards program. The place is nice and clean, great environment to sit down and eat if you have time. Customer service is good as well. One of my favorite places to eat!

The service is excellent at this Cosi! Mgmt is great! Service with a smile, personable employees, and great food!Been to the other locations that are in the area but still get better service here. Definitely a must stop if you're hungry for a great salad or sandwich!

Cosi is a great location in DC, not far from the mall and close to the metro center station.I enjoy their fresh break bread especially on the sandwich specials which were ampli sized and very fresh.

It was handy to the venue we were at. Late afternoon on a Saturday and the place was understaffed and a mess. The food was fine.

I got the chicken adobo rice bowl. It was not made to order, it only had preselected ingredients that were not posted. Service was not very helpful with the menu either.
