Soups are heated in a thin plastic wrap. Plastic films should never be used with hot liquids as they have hormone disrupting chemicals that can leach into food. I will never eat here again.

I was devastated 3 years ago when my local Cosi closed, but this location revived my Cosi love for years to come. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and prompt, and the food was perfect! I highly recommend the pick two with a margarita pizza and signature salad!

Cosi is a convenient place to go for a quick bite and have a meeting. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I usually go for the salmon salad which is always fresh and fulfills my appetite for lunch.

I eat lunch here ever couple of months and it is a good reliable restaurant. I always manage to get something new, and the half-sandwich/half-salad is a great deal.The line can be long, and does take a while to get my food at times. But I do like that I can just sit down at a table and wait to be called.

The food was very good, innovative; the staff was polite, and the bread delicious as always. But the men's bathroom was had not been cleaned in a while. Also the poor woman who assembled our sandwiches had to travel from one counter across the room to the other because the main microwave oven was inoperable. It made us tired just watching her.

I like the place and the food, but it seems like a missed opportunity. With a wood-fired oven and such a big space, I'd love to see the place be a real pizza joint, with New York slices. I figure there'd be a line going around the block for that.

Employees smoke right by door which is against city ordinance. Upstairs seating is awful, uneven concrete floor with metal chairs. Disaster area. They really need to re-think that and re-do the floor. Food is average. Beverages expensive like most places with the Philly soda tax.
