Good food and environment. Marginal service and surprisingly weak wifi, which seems pretty counter intuitive to what they’re trying to do. This isn’t the first Cosi I’ve found with these exact same problems.

This was my first time here. I ordered the specialty salad which had pears and gorgonzola cheese. It was a tasty salad. The half salad would probably have been sufficient as a whole one is a good quantity. I was here during the lunch rush and they were very efficient at getting everyone's orders out.

First time being here and I will definitely not be going back. The two ladies who were there didn't mention to us that they were closing in a matter of minutes, instead of informing us they just turned off all the lights and left us in the dark without a warning. We would have gladly taken our food to go if we would have been warned. By far the worst service, when we arrived the lady making our food was just rude and clearly didn't want to be there. My guest and I should have taken our business elsewhere.

Only visited once, but would love to go back- if I lived near one. Was impressed with the freshness and well seasoned food. Clean and well organized facility. Staff quick and polite, not particularly friendly.

The prices add up fast!!! Great Quality tho'...

Great breakfast sandwiches, nice place for a quick bite on the way to the metro or to the tourist sites. Fresh tasting food and very clean.

Signature salad is my go to for lunch .

Had a TBM (Tomato, Basil, mozzarella egg sandwich) Delicious! My new breakfast sandwich at Cosi!
