The vibe is cool, the lighting is a bit dark but your eyes adjust and it becomes a great mood setting, and the Sunday, December 9th, bartender is very rude. Everything you need for a shady dive bar. All in all, this place would be great if the bartender didn't attend kindly to her favorites and usuals more than others, but rude to people she doesn't know.
