I am amaze and I love the ambience of this Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal 1. The staff were really nice and one of the staff gave me the best service , his name is Ivan. I just want to share my fantastic experience and also to give a big thumbs up to Ivan for making sure I am comfortable while waiting for my flight. The food is really good. Overall my experience was really pleasant and would like to go back again to the same lounge.

I loved my recent experience at Plaza Premium Lounge when I was flying to US from Toronto airport Terminal 1. The ambience was really nice and the staff were really amicable. Even the manager checked on all the guests and ensured everyone was having a comfortable rest. The buffet had a nice spread and food was tasty. Overall the experience was really pleasant and would like to go back again to the same lounge. Highly recommended!!

My family loved our experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge! The food here was great and Rosy was super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family flying out, welcoming atmosphere and great service!

I've been to multiple lounges and I can definitely say that Plaza Premium Lounge is one of the best lounges I've ever been to, so far. The food was exceptional, they offered me different kinds of food choices to choose from. Mr. Ivan was really nice throughout my stay in the lounge, he offered to help me with my belongings. He was really approachable and making sure that I got everything I needed in the lounge. The vibe of the place itself is peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our very first experience at an airport premium lounge. The first lounge looked to be quite small, a very small selection of various pizzas with some beverages and such, but after paying an extra $10 per person we were moved to the far more luxurious windowed lounge with a very nice buffet with open bar (small selection). Amparo was our friend who looked after our service and I think we might do this again. Cheers!

This is only my second experience inside an airport lounge, thanks to CIBC Aventura. I can't give it a 5 star review because I don't have enough to compare to. But I must say, it was a nice experience. The chairs are comfortable. Jazz music in the background. The food was not super fancy. I was in a lounge in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and that was very fancy. So compared to that, this was more like being in a discount motel for breakfast. The coffee machine was nice. You can get espresso based drinks. There is a nice view of the tarmac with large windows letting in natural light. The wifi connection seems decent. It took 15 seconds to download an episode of Street Food from Netflix. One downside was that there were no USB ports in the electric outlets beside the chairs. :(All in all, I am enjoying my wait time here at Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal 1 (Domestic) at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Place is clean, ambience is great and foods are delicious. I highly recommend this it for all the travelers out there......Special thanks to the staff named Ivan who welcomes me with a warm smile and ask me how am I doing. His energy definitely makes the lounge experience more enjoyable.

Twas an amazing experience at the plaza premium lounge. Place is pretty neat and THE FOOD , The food was amazing and staff was extremely welcoming and made sure to make our experience extraordinary ! I flew out from Terminal 1 a few days ago, and had a an amazing experience at the plaza premium lounge. The food was amazing and staff was extremely welcoming and made sure to make my experience a great one! A staff member by the name of Rosy in particular was very kind and provided me with great customer service. I would definitely recommend this lounge!

The service coming from staff/employees at Premium Plaza Lounge in Terminal 3 was amazing! I remember a staff named Ivan, he was very helpful and attentive to what I needed in my stay at the lounge since I had a hard time standing up due to my operation. He brought me beverages and assisted me with the food that I needed. Its a five star for you! The place was very neat and tidy as well. More power. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

My recent stay here for my layover left me with outstanding service. The food was delicious, the lunge was clean and comfy, and the staff were very caring to your needs; it was definitely worth the price. In addition, one staff member in particular, Ivan, was very helpful and speedy when I required assistance with my food. Would recommend, and would love to return once I arrive to Pearson again.

My family’s first time trying out this premium lounge and I have got to say I was very impressed with the lounge and the food. The staff were also very polite and helpful specially a staff named Ivan, he was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend other travellers to visit this place to relax while waiting for their flights.

My experience with plaza premium lounge was amazing!!! Especially with the services Ivan provided with assessing me with my luggage and for always making sure that me and other passengers or visitors are well taken care of. The place itself is fantastic but with the amazing customer services provided by employees like Ivan, it makes the experience even more wonderful.
