Our first experience with this chain restaurant. We each had an entree sized dish with a "meat" protein. They were prepared per the menu ingredients listed, for the most part. There was a whole lot going on in each...for example, the arugula included had been "dressed" prior to employment in the bowl, which added a different taste than just the green alone. This restaurant also appears to provide only its own self-made beverage creations. The Beet Lemonade was amazing, though the beet component was almost overwhelming...I "cut" mine with a little regular lemonade, which my companion diner said was also wonderful.
