Comfortable atmosphere, great food and friendly staff

Copper Dome aka Randolph Grill. (Dec, 2016). One of my "Go To" restaurants when we're home in the Twin Cities. They've cleaned it up a little, and both pared the menu and made it a little more trendy, but they still have the staples. And oddly it's one of the few places in the area with Swedish pancakes (order the crepes with Lingonberries). It has a neighborhood, family feel and is a great choice for brunch

Came at 9:23 a.m. waited for 10 minutes before the waitress took our drink order. 25 minutes later we had to ask another waitress for the drinks and then 30 minutes later our food order came. Over an hour wait for the food. It WAS NOT busy when we arrived. Then when the food was served the waitress said they ran out of steaks. Why they didn't tell us that before the brought out the rest of the meal is beyond me. I still need to mention that 2 of the meals we ordered weren't made. What a sh-- show! Won't eat there again.
