Amazing food!!! Quick hot and tasty!

Another plant based eatery has hit the south side of Edmonton, this one conveniently located on the edge of South Edmonton Common. Copper Branch is part of a chain that is popular in the States. The food is amazing with a nice balance of protein, starch, and vegetables in their bowls. The staff are friendly and patient (for the indecisive). The food comes fast. The matcha latte is also a great choice. It is nice and smooth with no grainy after taste. For those wanting something different or switching to plant based eating, this is another great place to try.

I was so excited to try this place but when I finally did I was really disappointed. I pre- ordered my Skip the Dishes to arrive within 12:45 and 1:15 as I had a vegan friend over to visit me and my babies. I finally got my food at 1:45.... after reading previous reviews with others saying they had fast service, I really don’t know why my food would have taken so much longer to arrive. It’s not like I live on the other side of the city of something, I’m just in Terwillegar. I ordered a falafel wrap which was more tortilla than anything and had no flavour to it; a poutine and the potatoes were still crunchy. My friend ordered a crab burger and she said it was good. I had such high hopes for this place but I won’t be eating here again.
