Specialties Copious will serve to "feed your soul" in every way, through locally-sourced creations in the restaurant, a special wine, the feel of a neighborhood bar/lounge, attending an elegant reception or exciting party in the banquet space, or through experiencing an eclectic mix of music in our world-class music venue, seating nearly 200. History Established in 2015. Copious is a multi-faceted facility with a restaurant, live music venue and event space that opened in September of 2015. The concept was created by Terry Turner, Bill Clark, Bob Breithaupt and Michael Melching once they discovered the McGowan Building located in the Brewery District. They let the building speak to them with what could be developed in its space. What has been created is an unique experience that offers something for Columbus that is traditionally found in major cities like New York or Chicago.

The atmosphere was great, service was wonderful. The food was delicious and drinks were strong. The chicken and waffles were sooo good, just a tad bit of salt needed. I did have an issue with the orginal piece of chicken given, however they promptly replaced it. Shoutout to Charles in the kitchen. Good place to go with friends. We will certainly go again.

Must check this place out! I went with a group of friends for brunch. The venue is very open with unique art. The service was fast, friendly, and everyone was welcoming. All 7 of us orders different brunch items and everyone loved their food. I honestly wasn't expecting to like this place since I had heard it is very upscale and I am a more casual kind of person. I ended up having one of the best brunches ever in Columbus and am looking forward to going back again.

Copious/ Notes is our "go to " place in the City Center. Great staff, menu and atmosphere. Notes Night Club is a fantastic place for jazz and drinks.
